Comprehensive Diagnostic Evaluation

Includes 75 minute session with Dr. Smith for a comprehensive evaluation along with diagnosis and treatment recommendations.
Group Session

Per 50 min session. Group size of 4.
Individual Counseling

Per 30 minute block.
Psychiatric Medication Management

Per visit after initial evaluation for medication management only, no counseling. Prescriptions only provided during visits.
